Our modern, industry leading vessels and state of the art production facilities ensure we remain at the top our field, consistently delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
Our fleet comprises over 20 offshore vessels, each outfitted with the latest technology and facilities to enable shallow and deep water operations. The DLS 4200 alone offers a 10-point mooring system and a derrick crane capable of lifting structures weighing up to 4,200 tons, as well as equipment to lay subsea pipes of up to 66 inches in diameter in water depths ranging from 10 to 2000 meters.
NMDC Energy’s fabrication yards are tailored to both offshore and onshore energy projects, and boast modern facilities capable of handling a wide range of EPC construction tasks, from wellheads to process platforms.
With a fabrication capacity of 100,000 metric tons and the ability to load out topsides weighing up to 25,000 metric tons, our yards ensure efficient and precise production, and even includes the production of certified pressure vessels with a wall thickness of 200 mm and a production capacity of 9000 tons.
We also have the facilities and expertise to deliver complex sour gas projects, employing cutting-edge technologies to fabricate anticorrosive facilities and meet regional onshore and offshore pipeline coating requirements.
