Our dedicated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) department are at the heart of our efforts to guarantee the highest standards of workplace safety. Here, we develop and implement meticulous safety measures, procedures and training initiatives to support everyone involved in our activities, and equip our workplace for the better.

  • Policies & Procedures

    We take our duties towards health and safety in the workplace extremely seriously, continually assessing and evaluating our effectiveness and pinpointing avenues for improvement. Before work commences, each site is scrutinized for risk and environmental impact, and all employees and sub-contractors are issued with detailed onsite instructions and procedures. This allows everyone to carry out their work with confidence, safeguarding the wellbeing of all our stakeholders.

  • HSE Manual

    We prioritize clarity in our workplace safety measures, issuing all employees and sub-contractors with a comprehensive HSE manual. This indispensable resource acts as a guide for all operatives, outlining the different policies and procedures we have in place, and the standards we expect them to uphold. By ensuring a collective understanding of HSE best practices, we guarantee safety across the board.

  • HSE Training

    Every member of staff has a role to play in the safety of our sites. That means we need to provide the required training to ensure they have the skills and competencies to do so. We conduct regular training assessments to identify where additional support is needed, as well as hosting our dedicated HSE Induction Training Program for new starters. Throughout the year, we offer frequent talks and workshops to reinforce and clarify knowledge for all staff, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
