Process Engineering

Our process engineering team offers a wide range of capabilities, including detailed engineering of large onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities involving well fluid gathering systems, separation, oil treatment and stabilization, gas compressors, gas dehydration, gas sweetening, NGL fractionation, produced water treatment, water injection, gas lift, gas injection, and chemical injections.

  • Process stimulation using Aspen HYSYS.
  • Steady state hydraulic analysis of multiphase piping/pipelines using PIPESIM.
  • Transient analysis of multiphase piping/pipelines using OLGA including the flow assurance capabilities involving solid handling (e.g. wax, asphaltenes, hydrates), slugging analysis, pigging analysis, surge analysis etc.
  • Transient analysis of liquid pipelines using PIPELINE STUDIO/PIPENET.
  • Flare network simulation using Aspen Flare System Analyzer.
  • Blowdown, depressurization and MMDT simulations HYSYS Blowdown & OLGA.
  • Optimization studies including flare studies, vent and drain studies, HIPPS configuration studies, including development of AIV/FIV studies and more.
  • Development of PFDs, heat and material balance, PSFDs, P&IDs and C&E diagrams.
  • Process Lists (Fluid list, Line list, Equipment list, Tie-in list)
  • Heat thermal calculations using HTRI/Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating (EDR) Process sizing calculations for equipment, instruments, lines etc.
  • Process datasheets for equipment, instruments and process / utility packages.
  • Development of operating and control philosophies.
  • Development of safeguarding philosophies for process shutdown/emergency shutdown.
  • HAZOP, SIL assessment and design reviews.
  • Preparation of operating manual and procedures.
